i enjoyed my stay a lot! the room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always nice and helpful. customer service was good. the hotel is really close to the blue mosque and public transport. breakfast was nice, fresh, and also had a good view.

The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned . I would've preferred a more pristine space, even though it was acceptable, it just could have been better.

The hotel had a great location near many attractions. The staff was friendly and always available to help. Breakfast included a variety of healthy options on the rooftop. This was a big plus.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly , I noticed. My room was small and lacked space for clothing. This was difficult with luggage.

the superior double or twin room was very clean! it had complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and a well-stocked minibar was available. the hotel offered a discount promotional airport transfer, though i did not use it. i found the location central to many attractions.

the air conditioning made some noise though it worked well.
